Blimey, it seems like only a few days once since we started 2017 and we’re a month into it already, how’s this happened? It brings me to the time where I get to share my first favs of the year, all the bits and bobs I couldn’t get enough of this month!
I received this eyeliner for Christmas, just in time as my Kat Von D ‘Tattoo Liner’ had just run out! I thought I could never find a drugstore eyeliner as good Kat’s with precise application and long lasting black colour, but I did, Yass! Maybelline’s eyeliner comes out with a strong black colour with just one lil line, even over the top of eyeshadow, that’s what a gal needs in an eyeliner! MY NEW GO TO PRODUCT!
I can say since buying this I have been able to achieve ON FLEEK BROWS for the first time in my life, woah! I just cannot get enough of it, I’m never going back to another brow product, love love love it!
I picked this up in the sale at a reduced price of £2.00, absolute bargain! I’ve been in desperate need for a contour brush as previously I was using an old powder brush, which I pinched to make it thinner, not ideal at all. I’m aware you can only get a real techniques contour brush in a set, some of the other brushes I had and I just couldn’t justify splashing out on it. New look’s brush was perfect, applied the bronzer in a precise line on my cheek, not making the colour too thick in any places, very impressed!
Best eyeshadow palette I’ve ever bought? YES! I don’t often splash out on high-end eyeshadow palettes, the only other one I have is ‘Naked 3’, but I’d heard so many good things about it I just needed to get my hand on it. I could rave about it all the day, the colours are on point, and the pigmentation is 10/10! If you are looking to buy a higher end palette this is defiantly one to consider, it won’t let you down!
I came across this meal idea whilst watching Naomi Smart’s vlogs, at the time I was considering a plant-based diet, she was a good inspiration. Lil update – changing my diet never happened, it was just one of those thoughts you get where you end up taking no action. Anyway, this meal is chopped up tomatoes, shallots, peppers, mushrooms and courgettes, sprinkle of oil over the top and cook in the oven for 35ish mins. It’s been my go-to meal with some sweet potato mash and a chicken Kiev, super healthy too!
I picked these up from the home section in Primark for such a good price of £2.50! They just add a lil sprinkle of colour to my room, making it super cosy in the evenings, they’re like a Lil ray of happiness.
I’m absolutely loving these jeans at the moment! They’re super comfy to wear and they’re high waisted, what more could a gal want. I should hopefully feel comfortable enough to wear these with a cropped tee in summer, fingers crossed!
To be honest, I don’t wear these shoes to work out, and I went to the gym once in them and then gave up, typical. They are one of the comfiest pairs of shoes that I own, I wear them out and about most days, I think they look super cute with a pair of black jeans.
These are all the products I’ve been throughout the month on Jan, let me know what products you’ve been loving, they might even make it into my Feb favs!
