I absolutely love finding out about new beauty brands and trying them out, so when Know Cosmetics got in contact with me I couldn’t resist the opportunity. Know Cosmetics are a brand that has recently come over to the UK from the US; they focus on creating products to fix beauty issues in order to make out lives easier.

They have four different products in their range currently which include a No Dark Shadows Concealer, No Bleeding Lips Liner, No Bare Brows Pencil and No Thin Lips Secret Lip Plumper. All of these are available at Superdrug and Lloyds Pharmacy stores.

The No Dark Shadows Concealer (£12.50) is a concealer that has been designed for under the eyes to help cover dark circles. The one I have is in the shade ‘Pizazz’. It’s really easy to use as you twist the applicator stick until it clicks causing a small bit of product pops out, I think this idea is fab as it helps to prevent wastage of the product. I found the coverage of this product was great however it came up slightly too dark for my skin tone so I wouldn’t be able to wear it on a day to day basis. It’s a shame that the product only comes in two shades as it prevents you from being able to find the perfect match for your skin tone.

The No Bleeding Lips Liner (£12.50) is a clear Lip Liner which stops your Lipsticks running out of the edge of your lips. I think it’s a brilliant idea as it goes with every single lipstick you could possibly wear, you don’t have to worry about matching the shade and blending it in. It’s a perfect item to keep in your bag for on the go usage, it will save a lot of space in your makeup bag when you’re travelling as you won’t need Lip Liners in about ten different shades.

The No Bare Brows Pencil (£12.50) is a four in one brow fix. It contains a universal brow pencil on one end and an invisible wax on the other end, there’s also a brow brush and sharpener, perfect for on the go. Unfortunately, I didn’t get on too well with this product as I found the brow colouring to be very creamy, there are pros and cons to this. For example, it allows very easy application however it can come out rather thick leading to fuller looking brows. I’m rather picky about my eyebrows I like to keep them filled in whilst still looking not too thick; just because I haven’t got on with this product doesn’t mean it won’t work for you, it’s all down to personal preference.

The No Thin Lips Secret Lip Plumper (£12.50) is a clear formula which you can apply as a base coat on your lips to enable them to look plumper and fuller. One of the issues I have with my lips is that they are rather small so any product which can enhance them I’m more than willing to give it a try. I found that when I first applied the Lip Plumper to my lips they came over in a tingly sensation which some may find stings a little bit; this only lasts for a few minutes, personally I think the results of the product are worth a little bit of tingling.  I was able to notice a considerable difference in my lips, especially my top one in the first few hours after application, what’s handy about this product is that you’re able to re-apply it as many times as you want throughout the day, keeping the look as long as you want.

All of these products are available in Lloyds Pharmacy and Superdrug as well as Sephora in the USA.
